Valletta, Malta named the best healthy city in Europe

What does good health mean? Our health and well-being depend on many factors, including the environment in which we live, the exercise we get, and the ability to relax and enjoy the simple things in life. Now, given the COVID, we all seem to be striving to be the healthiest people.

The GAP jeans department decided to conduct a study to reveal health hotspots in Europe. Obviously, I hope you can wear your favorite skinny jeans while traveling the world comfortably!

The study analyzed 28 capitals in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and investigated several factors that contribute to health. Valletta, Malta became the winner. Standards include:

· The amount of air pollution in each city

· The proportion of green space in each city

· The number of running clubs per capita in each city (per 100,000 people)

· Number of gyms per capita in each city

· Number of hot springs per capita in each city

· Google searches for healthy foods and snacks per capita in each city

·The sunshine time of each city

· Drinking water quality in each city

Swimming in the beautiful warm waters around Malta is sure to refresh you.

The analysis goes deep into each factor and finally measures a total score to find the best European capital of health.

Topping the health rankings is Valletta. Due to its enthusiasm for health and fitness, the capital of Malta scored 100 on the health index. In fact, Valletta scored high in all areas, including a large number of running clubs (21), 13 spas and hours of sunshine.

Brussels and Helsinki ranked second and third with 88 points and 87 points respectively.

Many historical sites can be booked for private tours after get off work. St. John's Co-Cathedral Tours is an example.
