One week before the team’s Sunday night game against the Chicago Bears on September 12, the Rams used the new T-shirts to get nearly 10,000 students, teachers, and teachers from all 19 schools in the Inglewood Unified School District (IUSD). The staff was surprised.

“The students are so excited! One of them brought his football signature, a little girl brought her Rams jersey, and the other brought his football gloves... They are so cute,” said

Sandra Naranjo, Research and Evaluation Coordinator for Inglewood Unified School District. "It's great to see that the children love these shirts and are so excited to experience something, especially since they have been at home for so long. It is really special to let the students experience some great things."

The Rams cheerleaders and the team mascot Rampage visited four IUSD schools, where they distributed T-shirts to students, faculty and staff.

"It's a great honor to see their faces glow and surprise them," said Brendan, the Rams cheerleader. "Preparing for game day this weekend is just to get them all excited and truly interact with the Inglewood community, which means the whole world.

Inglewood Unified also received four lucky draw packages for teachers and staff, including two home opening tickets, a parking pass, food and beverage points, and a gift card at www.ramsfanshop.com/.

"We are very grateful to the Rams for their overall support for our region," Narancho said. "With the support of the Rams and IUSD, we have become good partners over time. I really want to work together to ensure that our community is taken care of and our students are taken care of. This is just a sundae. All of our students, faculty and staff have received some benefits from the Rams. We are very grateful for this, and we are grateful for that."

Since 2016, the Rams team has provided more than 1,825 hours of community service to the Inglewood community and has attracted all IUSD schools and students through the team’s community plan.
