The 52-year-old chef and restaurant owner, Bobby Flay, often appeared on television in his chef jacket, but off the screen, he discovered a reliable style that was both comfortable and tailored. He can also maintain a slim figure, which is not a trivial matter for a chef who travels frequently. His secret? Of course, healthy cooking is also the subject of this latest cookbook "Bobby Flay Fit: 200 Healthy Lifestyle Recipes". Here, Mr. Flay shared his fashion secrets, including "brunch sweater", Filson bag and Brooklyn sneakers.

1. Shirt Sometimes I wear a T-shirt under a buttoned shirt to get a sense of hierarchy. This is not always easy to achieve because sometimes it looks bulky. When people do this, I am jealous. For buttons, I usually wear J. Crew or Club Monaco. I have a lot of plaid in every color and iteration. I also have a bunch of solid colors-blue, purple, and charcoal. My skin tone is very light. I must be sure that there is a contrast. But what I have always wanted to buy is what I call a "brunch sweater". I don’t have many days off, so brunch is a luxury for me. To me, this is a sweater, which means "not at work". They are a bit big and comfortable. I am not making a fashion statement.

2. Jeans I mainly wear jeans. I am now wearing J. Crew and J Brand, the color is darker. I have what I call the "airport look": jeans, boots, sports jackets and shirts. It is buttoned, but very casual. I often fly by plane because I have restaurants in different cities. I just came back from Las Vegas.

3. Suits Most of my suits are either Paul Smith or Hugo Boss. Paul Smith (Paul Smith) always has a particularly popular style-perhaps a detail on the pocket, or a color that no one else has. Hugo Boss is more classic, but it suits my body shape. I am a runner. I have been struggling with the calories in the restaurant.

4. Shoes I used to wear loafers, but someone I trust in style told me that I should not wear those, but boots. So I always wear these brown Donald Pliner boots, which have laces but have zippers on the sides. In addition, there is a sneaker company that I am obsessed with. It is called Greats and I stumbled upon them while browsing in Williamsburg a year ago. I have five colors and I wear them all the time.

5. Accessories I have several Shinola watches that I like very much. They are all gifts. I also wear a hat. I went to a place called JJ Hat Center. It is located two blocks south of the Empire State Building. I wear a fedora hat in winter, and I always wear a Peaky Blinders hat. They are not exactly newsboys, because those don't look good to me. They are bigger and fluffy. In addition, because I often travel from one place to another, I use a Filson bag to carry my things with me. I have two models: one is army green canvas and the other is black. I will change it according to what I wear.
