It applies to air conditioning room with positive pressure. It exhausts air automatically. Usually the blade is vertical, it isolates the air circulation between indoor and outdoor. When the indoor pressure is bigger than the outdoor pressure, the air flow blows the blade and the inside air is exhausted. The air isn't able to flow into room if the indoor pressure is smaller than outdoor pressure. It has single-track non-return function. Air volume damper that adjust air volume and air speed or filter that decrease dust and purify air can be set up in the back of air outlet according to customer's requests.

We use high quality extruded aluminum to produce the gravity louver which is usually used on the outside of walls. This aluminum louver design is intended for air extraction and automatic closet of duct, when the air equipment is switched off.

GL-VA gravity louver has been anodized. It can be accurately adjusted for smooth performance. Optional colors are RAL9010 and RAL9016. Only when the exhaust fan is running that the blades of this type air louver can be opened. The blades will close automatically to preventing rains , dust, insects from getting inside rooms, one the exhaust fan is turned off.

How to make an aluminum pressure relief gravity louver?

In order to make a high quality pressure relief gravity louver, Ventech people introduce a whole production line with advanced stamping, punching machines which are operated by experienced workers.
All cores and frames are made by high-efficient machines, then comes to the installation line, we ventech also enjoy the wholly automotive squeezing machines.
Before polishing and filling the putty in the gaps, the air diffuser should be washed for 10mins then baked for 30mins.  Power coated is arranged behind the polishing step, by using totally-closed powder finishing line and parching space, the perfect diffuser rolls off the products line and ready to be packed, QC is the priority during each step of the mass productions. We have professional QC to check quality before products go to next step.
