MASTERCHEF: The professionals have returned to BBC One.

The show saw 32 professional chefs face-to-face, hoping to impress the infamous MasterChef judges.

MasterChef: Professionals will see the 32 contestants reduced to eight in several preliminaries.

The surviving chef will then face a series of guest judges and even face the challenge of opening his own pop-up restaurant.

In the end, only one talented chef will be the winner.

Yasmine is a 34-year-old mother of four and recently graduated from the University of Birmingham.

Although she has participated in some similar competitions during her studies, Yasmine said: "Nothing can prepare you for continuing things like MasterChef, but hopefully people in Birmingham will think I am proud of this city."

Daniel has been a chef since 2012.

He is the chef of Volta do Mar, which won the Michelin Bib Food Award in 2021.

He worked there for a little over two years, but didn't become a chef until 2020, before he was a senior sous chef.

Matt has his own forage catering company Foray Catering, which provides private dining experiences and catering services for weddings and events.

Ryan is currently the sous chef of Maison François in London.

He is also a finalist for Roux Scholarships in 2019 and 2021.

According to Newham Recorder, when he was awarded the Roux scholarship, he said: "I am very satisfied with the way I cook. I have tried my best and I am proud of my dishes."

Samuel is the chef of The Dog At Wingham, two AA rosettes in Canterbury.

He is from Ramsgate, and at the age of 24, he won the 2021 Great Britain Pub Award: Best Young Bar Chef.

Enrique is the junior sous chef of The Frog by Adam Handling.

He became a chef because he thought it was what he was most capable of doing, so he moved to London to pursue his dream of becoming a great chef.

Anthony is the chef of The Goring, 15 Beeston Place, London SW1W 0JW. The restaurant has a rating of 5/5 on TripAdvisor.

The restaurant and hotel are close to fashionable Belgravia, serving British cuisine and cocktails.

As of Friday, November 12, 2021, he will no longer participate in the competition.

John is a semi-finalist of MasterChef.

It is not clear where John currently works, but his Instagram page shows that he is still creating a storm in the kitchen.

He was the sous chef at Burleigh Court Hotel in Loughborough

Private chef Dan grew up in Birmingham, which inspired his love of food.

He told the BBC: “When you are a private chef, you can focus more on your style, but obviously you will miss the interaction with other chefs in the kitchen.”

Lauren left her seven-year career as a chef on a superyacht to run her own cafe in Surrey.

She now owns The Deli in Oxted and likes to be "her own boss" and cook what she wants.

Nico is from Gibraltar. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu London in 2016 with a diploma and now specializes in pastry.

He started as head chef at Hinds Head in Heston Blumenthal, Bray, and as head chef at London Stock.

Nico was eliminated with Anthony on Friday, November 12, 2021.

Dario's parents are both Portuguese cooks, and he followed his mother around the kitchen.

He moved to the UK at the age of 12 and said: “Being a chef has always been in my mind...I can’t wait to start showing people my abilities.”

Budiono is the head chef of the Aloft Hotel in London.

He has been engaged in professional cooking for nearly three years.

The 47-year-old said that he became a chef because he did not like to go hungry.

27-year-old Aaron Middleton grew up in Winslow and is accepting the challenge of MasterChef.

He has developed a keen interest in cooking since he was a child.

He left school at the age of 16 and worked as an apprentice with chef Steven Bulmer at the Brook Hall Culinary School in Winslow.

Moving to The Ledbury in London, he worked under Chef Brett Graham, and then was headhunted for another senior position in Chef Ollie Dabbous's new project Hide.

In 2019, Aaron served as the chef of Sir Richard Branson at his residence on Neker Island, British Virgin Islands.

He works and travels as a private chef and is one of Masterchef's quarter-finalists.

Rhodri is a Welsh chef from Michelin-listed Heathcock, one of the best gastropubs in Cardiff.

Heath Kirk posted an announcement on Instagram about Rodri’s participation in the cooking series competition. He said: “The sous chef Rod always brings a lot of passion to Heath Kirk kitchen...with the chef Dave works closely together, and his creativity, talent, energy and passion shine in every dish he cooks."

As can be seen from his Instagram profile, Charith celebrates his Sri Lankan tradition through cooking.

This has earned him the support of social media users.

His dishes allowed him to enter the quarter-finals.

In addition to appearing on Masterchef, he also works in the kitchen of the Royal Epson Automobile Club and other institutions in London.

After making handmade pies for Newcastle and Tyneside during the lockdown, Eddie decided it was time to test his skills and applied for Masterchef.

But after struggling in the skill test, his idea proved to be too ambitious and was eliminated on November 15, 2021.

As the father of two children, Eddie is also the chef at Jesmond Dene House in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Kirsty is a classic-trained development chef from Northampton who works at Narrow Boat, a family-run bar and restaurant in Vuitton.

She is also a member of Anchor Farm Catering, which specializes in weddings and roast pigs.

Eliminated on November 15, 2021, she described her influence as British fusion food.

Jamie joined Charith and found his place in the quarterfinals.

He previously worked as a chef at Bubble Food, a London-based event company specializing in high-fashion food.

Since then, he continued to work for himself and became the Culinary Director of Alison Price & Company, a private and corporate food service provider.

Although little is known about Wesley's life leaving the box, he is a private chef and his career began as a breakfast chef.

However, on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, after a huge mistake in making eggs Benedict with chili hollandaise, he and Trung became a sensation.

The judges Monica, Marcus and Greg even refused to eat his dishes, which shocked the fans.

When not appearing on the BBC One show, Trung served as the executive chef.

On Wednesday, November 17, although Monica praised his efforts, he failed to impress the judges with his eggs Benedict.

Alex Webb impressed the judges with his expertise and imaginative cooking methods and won the 2020 show.

The 25-year-old Alex, who became a chef at the age of 14, is the youngest participant in the final-but he does have some impressive qualifications, including working at the Savoy Hotel in London.

At the time, Webb was the chef at Square 1 in Great Dunmow.

MasterChef: Professionals will start on November 8, 2021.

The new series will be broadcast on Thursday, November 18, 2021 and Friday, November 19, 201.

The show will be aired on BBC One at 7.35 pm-an hour later at 8.30 pm.
